Evans Promise 

Evans Promise protects our customers if their orders arrive materially different from what was described when they purchased their product. Coverage and the resolution process is uniform across all orders placed.  

Am I eligible for Evans Promise return?

An Evans Promise return applies when a customer receives an item that is materially different from its description. 

Examples may include damaged items, boxes, the wrong order, wrong size, or wrong condition. 

Any return that is approved will receive an Evans pre-paid shipping label. Please note, the customers original payment method will be refunded.
